Commissioning Assistance

 

FSL is committed to providing quality from design through to completion.  For customers who require peace of mind that there installation or system is setup correctly, we offer onsite commission/training.  With this onsite assistance and training, this will enable corrective and preventative maintenance procedures to be carried out directly by our customers. 

Telephone Support

 

We offer telephone support to all our customers.  We normally achieve a 95% success rate with off-site assistance.  If a solution can not be found over the phone, we have engineers available to assist with corrective maintenance issues.
